Nightmare Trading Cards is a collection that brings iconic horror characters to life with
a fun and wacky twist. Inspired by the Cuphead illustration style, the project aimed to merge nostalgic animation aesthetics with the eerie charm of classic horror. My role involved character design, typography, and layout development, ensuring each card felt unique yet cohesive within the series. The challenge was to create a visually compelling set that balanced horror and playfulness, and the solution was a bold, hand-drawn style paired with dynamic compositions, delivering a collectible series that captivates horror enthusiasts and design lovers alike.
